Rapid Needs Assessment

The Rapid Needs Assessment form is used by trained community members in Skamania County (CERT, EOC, and ARES®) to report and community status after a disaster.   This is a quick “Windshield Survey” to rapidly report the impacts to both people and property to the county within hours after the disaster event has started.
